Description :
Hi! I'm Abby, the owner of Birch and Bloom Counseling, a private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children (ages 8+), teens, and women. My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where growth and healing can take root. What I Do: At Birch and Bloom Counseling, I specialize in individual counseling for trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, I help individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and find renewed confidence and balance in their lives. Who I Serve: I work with children and teens navigating emotional challenges, stress, and changes in their environments, as well as women seeking support through seasons of transition, loss, or personal growth. Each client is met with warmth, understanding, and respect for their unique journey. What Makes Me Unique: What makes Birch and Bloom Counseling unique is my nurturing and relational approach. I believe healing happens within a safe and trusting connection, and I strive to create an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and restorative. My work focuses not only on overcoming challenges but on fostering lasting growth—helping clients bloom into their fullest selves.
