- Use any automated means or interface not provided by NTsuites to access the Services or extract data.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

(b)Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities or actions performed using your account. You agree to notify NTsuites immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
(c) User Content:
You may have the ability to submit, post, or upload content to the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant NTsuites a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
