We offer a variety of office and salon suites that cater to varying needs, from small (80 SF) to large (300+ SF) and everything in between. You can chose offices with windows or interior suites. All salons and offices are predominantly physically located in different areas.
At NTsuites, we know your situation may change and we try to keep things simple. There is a six-month minimum stay and a ninety day notice (on the first of the month) required to leave. If we find a new tenant sooner, you can leave right away.
We have modern cloud-based hi-def cameras throughout the common areas at each property and an app-based keyless entry system that guarantees you 24/7 access.
Yes, all tenants are required to have sufficient renters’ insurance. There are many reasonably priced insurance providers to choose from.

Yes. Each suite has an option for you to personalize your display sign by your door with your brand. In addition, NTsuites tenants are listed on our digital building directory near the front entry, and each have their unique suite number and physical mailbox.
Every location features refrigeration and microwaves for storing and heating homemade treats, along with vending machines. Moreover, select locations offer micro markets with an array of beverages and snacks for purchase.
Our new tenant referral program gives you a one-time $500 referral credit for each tenant you refer who signs a new lease! Each location also has seasonal promotions and new tenant deals. Contact us for more info!
We have said goodbye to the traditional one-month’s-rent security deposit. Instead, we collect a reasonable nonrefundable refresh/setup fee, which allows us to return your suite to a “like new” condition when you leave.

Yes, we are! While we have a simple 90-day notice requirement to vacate, we offer a competitive real estate commission of 10% of a full year’s rent.
